    個人簡介:
  •   2010年畢業于哈爾濱工業大學,獲學士學位;2017年畢業于中國科學院生物化學與細胞生物學研究所,獲博士學位;2017年于哈佛大學醫學院/波士頓兒童醫院從事博士后研究(獲CRI Irvington Postdoctoral Fellowship資助);2020年晉升為哈佛大學醫學院講師。2021年4月起擔任中國科學院分子細胞科學卓越創新中心(中科院生化細胞所)研究員、研究組長、博士生導師。入選國家科技人才計劃和上海市浦江人才計劃。

  •   近幾年的突破性科學發現揭示了黏連蛋白(cohesin)通過染色質環擠壓方式(loop extrusion)調控細胞核內一些生物學過程,如促進DNA損傷修復中心的形成,調控B淋巴細胞V(D)J重排等。這些發現表明如何精確調控染色質環擠壓過程不僅是對基因組穩定性和抗體多樣化至關重要,也是非常重要的生物學問題之一。

      我們實驗室主要以小鼠胚胎發育及淋巴細胞發育過程為研究內容,綜合運用發育生物學、免疫學、表觀遺傳學和三維基因組學等技術方法,探索染色質三維結構變化與基因表達調控的關系。在未來幾年,我們將聚焦于(但不局限于)染色質環擠壓模型在生物體發育與疾病發生發展過程中的調控機理,為人類發育缺陷、自身免疫和淋巴瘤等疾病的防治提供新的理論依據及治療靶點。
