  • 2011年畢業(yè)于河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學; 2018年畢業(yè)于中科院計算生物學研究所,獲計算生物學博士學位;2018年12月至2024年6月于芝加哥大學從事博士后研究; 于2024年7月起任中科院分子細胞科學卓越創(chuàng)新中心 (生物化學與細胞生物學研究所) 研究員,研究組長,博士生導師。

    研究工作:
  • 非編碼RNA及其化學修飾是基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡中的核心調(diào)節(jié)因子,它們在RNA與蛋白質(zhì)、DNA及其他RNA等生物大分子的相互作用中起著關(guān)鍵作用。這種相互作用對調(diào)節(jié)染色質(zhì)重塑和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活化至關(guān)重要, 從而影響一系列生物學過程。通過結(jié)合表觀轉(zhuǎn)錄組學、表觀遺傳學、基因組學和計算生物學等交叉學科的優(yōu)勢,采用干濕實驗相結(jié)合的研究方法,我們將:

    (1)深入探索非編碼RNA及其化學修飾在染色質(zhì)重塑和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活化中的調(diào)控模式、機制和生物學功能。

    (2)解析非編碼RNA及其化學修飾在神經(jīng)退行性疾病和癌癥等人類重大疾病中異常代謝的成因與后果,及其在免疫治療中的作用與機制。

    (3)通過數(shù)據(jù)整合和深度數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,研究非編碼RNA的命運決定模式。
